GoPOP

Going Public on Performance

GoPOP stands for 'Going Public on Performance'. RoSPA encourages all organisations to report on their Health and Safety management capability in an open and transparent way.

The HSE has encouraged all businesses, public bodies
and third sector organisations with more than 250 employees to summarise their health and safety plan and performance
and make it publicly available in their annual reports and on their websites.

RoSPA has carried out research to explore and assess the presence and quality of health and safety information on companies' websites.
The GoPOP final report (draft) ( Click to download this file in PDF format PDF format 310kb) discusses practical issues as well as the advantages and perceived disadvantages of Web-site reporting.
